Biscoff Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

Mug Cake:

  • 3 tbsp Self-Raising Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salted Caramel Protein
  • 3 Sweetener Sachets (substitute with 2-3 tsp of any other granulated sugar or sweetener of choice)
  • A pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Low-Fat Plain Yoghurt (substitute with equal ratios of extra milk)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence (substitute with equal ratios of caramel essence)
  • 4.5 tbsp Low-Fat Milk

Toppings:

  • 5 g Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 Lotus Buscuit

Instructions
 

Mug Cake:

  • To a small bowl add your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, caramel protein powder, sweetener, and salt) and stir to combine.
  • Into the same bowl, pour the wet ingredients (milk, yogurt, and vanilla) over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is incorporated and no dry ingredients remain.
  • Place in the microwave for 1 minute (60 seconds). Remove and set aside.

Toppings:

  • Place the Biscoff spread in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high. for 10-15 seconds until smooth and runny.
  • Drizzle over your mug, and add the crumbled Lotus biscuit over the mug cake too.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
